Reach out to us whichever way works best for you. You can use our contact form here, or drop us an email at annie.fernandbirch@gmail.com. Include as much detail as you want about your day (including your date so we can check our availability), we love hearing about your plans and ideas

If we still have availability for your date we can schedule a consultation call to chat all things weddings and flowers. A call is the easiest way for us to chat through everything from colours and style, to specific floral elements for your day and will usually be 30-45 mins long. If a call doesn’t work for you, no worries, I can send you a questionnaire to fill out. This call gives us everything we need to pull together a quote and proposal for your day.
We'll go away and use all the info you shared to create moodboards and price quotes for your day. All our proposals are bespoke to you and your wedding day. Depending on time of year and whether we’re in the busy summer period, we aim to get these back to you within a week, but it can be a bit longer and we’ll let you know if this is the case.
*it’s worth noting this doesn’t secure your date, we can’t secure your booking until deposit is paid and contract is signed

So you received your proposal and you loved it! In order to secure us for your wedding date we require a deposit to be paid and our contract to be signed, then we’re good to go!

It can be awhile from booking until the big day and we’re around to support all the way. Feel free to share more details about the day, make changes and amends to your flowers, or reach out with any other queries or concerns whenever they arise. Anything flowers can be changed, added or removed all the way up to 2 weeks before your big day.

In order for us to be fully prepared and at our best on the wedding day itself, we need everything confirmed and paid for 2 weeks before your wedding date. You’ll probably have loads going on so we’ll send you a reminder the week before to confirm all the final floral plans for the day and send us your final payment. It’s getting close now!

The day is here, everything has come together and we’ll be on site bringing your flower dreams to life. We’ll liaise with your venue and other suppliers so you don’t need to worry about any of the logistics, we’ll just be busy in the background creating all your floral elements and popping by to say hi and drop off bouquets and buttonholes.
